Praying before the service
Before every Sunday morning service at 9:30am, we meet to pray in the quiet room off the vestry. The purpose is to commit the service to the Lord and ask him to speak to those who gather during the service. We pray for whatever God places on our hearts and then we spend a short time listening to see if God gives us a picture or insight that could be shared in the service.
Prayer ministry
After every Sunday morning service our prayer ministry team would count it a privillege to pray with you. This can be about any situation or need that you are currently facing, big or small. This prayer takes place in the Lady Chapel (at the front right corner of the building).
Monday morning prayer
Every Monday morning at 7:30am we meet in the Vestry to pray for the church. We spend about half and hour following the Church of England Daily Prayer and then the remaining half an hour praying for the church, our community and the wider world. The meeting is flexible, with some members having to leave early to get to work.
